We use a cutting edge 3D scanning technology to capture a brownfield project site in photo-realistic detail. This is then stitched together into a high resolution fully rendered scale model of the site that can be easily integrated with most CAD software. Depending on the requirements of your project, the output from a scan can be used in the development of accurate 2D/3D CAD models.

Applications
Easily import into CAD software
Import into AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Vectorworks and other CAD software in a variety of 3D and 2D formats such as;
- PTS – 3D photographic point cloud
- DXF – Autodesk Drawing Exchange Format
- 3DS – Autodesk 3DS Max
- SKP – Sketch Up
- OBJ – Wavefront Object File
- and many more…
Ensure high quality as constructed information
Accurately capture the current state of a site including any modifications/upgrades over the years not reflected in as constructed drawings.
Faster modelling of older projects sites
Reduce the time spent conducting manual surveys on older existing sites.
